About GT Real Estate Holdings
There are currently 45.8 million Americans (13.7% of the total population) living with a disability. Engaging in “adaptive sports” (also called para-sports) is a proven way for disabled people to regain a sense of hope, community, physical strength, and mental fortitude.
GT Real Estate Holdings was founded with a clear mission: to make adaptive sports training and therapy accessible for disabled athletes across the United States, restoring a sense of hope, strength, and vitality.
To fulfill this vision, we are building state-of-the-art Performance Therapy Centers (PTCs) in key locations across the country, combining rehabilitative and therapeutic services with specialized adaptive training facilities designed to meet the unique needs of disabled athletes.
Modeled after the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, our Performance Therapy Centers (PTCs) offer state-of-the-art athletic facilities where people living with diverse disabilities can engage in a variety of sports, strengthening their physical and mental health, gaining employable skills, building inclusive communities, and inspiring a better future for disabled athletes around the world. In addition, PTCs offer therapeutic and rehabilitative care on site, providing a unique and holistic service offering for the disabled community.
