GT Real Estate Holdings was founded with a clear mission: to give the 44.7 million disabled people in the U.S. a meaningful way of life through sport. To fulfill this vision, the company is building Performance Therapy Centers (PTCs) in key locations across the country where the disabled population faces significant need.
Modeled after the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, our Performance Therapy Centers offer state-of-the-art facilities where people living with diverse disabilities can engage in a variety of sports, thereby strengthening their physical and mental health, gaining employable skills, building inclusive communities, and inspiring a better future for disabled athletes around the world.

Over 300 cities in the United States have a disabled population of over 100K. Our aim is to establish 300 Performance Therapy Centers in key locations across the country by July 2028 — just in time for the next Olympic and Paralympic games in Los Angeles!
In addition to the training facilities, we plan to expand each Performance Therapy Center to include disability-friendly supportive services on-site, including medical care, rehabilitative and therapeutic services, sports programs for all ages, ADA-compliant housing, and specialized transportation services to create a wholistic, inclusive ecosystem for all.
